Should you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This will ensure that you are not subject to any cancellation fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the service cost. In the event of a no-show, the full service price will be charged.

Please note, any deposits made towards the service are non-refundable. However, should you cancel your appointment within the permissible timeframe, we are pleased to offer the flexibility of transferring your deposit to a future appointment. A maximum 3 times to reschedule appointments. Anything exceeding that number will automatically be canceled.

All appointments need to be confirmed and deposits paid at least 48 hrs before scheduled appointment. If not appointments will be cancelled if not confirmed and paid. We have a 10 min grace period. If you are more than 10 min late to your appointment and we cannot accommodate you, it is considered a late cancellation and you forfeit your deposit. Our policy allows us to protect our clients time and ours as well. Thank you for your cooperation
